I told him the symptoms of my washer, and he gave me honest advice that it would likely be costly to repair, sent me info about what the parts would cost, and that I might better off getting a new unit. He then provided his recommendations for what to buy. I greatly appreciate the honesty, and it did not cost me anything

Steve came to diagnose a problem I was having with my freestanding freezer. Unfortunately, the news was not good but not unexpected since the unit was over 20 years old. He took the time to explain to me why the problem couldn’t be fixed and he also let me know what brands to avoid and why when I replaced the unit. Steve was a pleasure to deal with, he respected my household and also arrived on time. I’ll definitely keep him in mind should need arise in the future.

Steven was great. There were a few issues with LHG providing the wrong part but after the right part was received the Range was quickly repaired.
