My refrigerator broke. I called and spoke to their receptionist, whom was very friendly. Their diagnostic price was reasonable, but they didn't have anything available till the following Wednesday from 8:00 to 10:00. I agreed to wait. The following Tuesday, the day before my appointment, they called and changed my appointment time. Then, at 6:45 a.m. on the day of my appointment, they called and said they couldn't come out until the following week. When your freezer is broken, and you've waited almost a week to get in, I think it's very unprofessional to call the day of the appointment and cancel, and make someone wait for another week. Sam's Appliance in Carson City is even nicer, more reasonable on the diagnostic price, and was able to come within a day.
