We hired All Brush Fence to repair our fence based on their quoted assurances of quality workmanship. Regrettably, the project was mishandled from the start: workers acknowledged using inferior-grade materials (which they admitted were not their usual standard) and ultimately left the job unfinished. The resulting fence is structurally unsound and visually unacceptable, as clearly shown in the attached before-and-after photos. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner for resolution—including emails and messages, we received no substantive response or corrective action. This has forced us to seek alternative solutions at additional expense. We share this experience to alert others to the risks of unmet promises, poor communication, and substandard results when dealing with All Brush Fence. Any homeowner considering their services should demand clear understanding and documented timelines to avoid similar setbacks.

All Brush Fence Repairs did a great job of lifting the fence height and repairing the old fence. They added connectors to strain the wires which were very loose due to both neighbours going to metal fences. There was a little bit of confusion in fence capping, but the team instantly sorted that out and kept the metal capping top look that we were after. I would use them again, and recommend them.

I am am very impressed with choosing All Brush. Not only out of three quotes I originally sought were they the best in this in price, they came on time and professionally did what they said they were going to do with quality, skill and precision. My day got even better when a neighbour complimented me on how great it looked the next day!! My old fence was full of holes, brush wanted to fall out of the wiring and I had to put grass mowed from the lawn to fill it in. That's all gone now and thanks to All Brush I recommend them to refresh my tired old brush. They really are all brush experts- thank you all brush and till next time.

Unrealistic payment terms enforced unfairly. All Brush issued an invoice at close of business having completed a job that day. Banking cut offs had passed and All Brush wished to provide no time to confirm the completion of works at the property but still expected payment that night. The invoice was paid the next business day but the All Brush owner was still angry and not understanding of this impossible situation they had created. These expectations can be managed upfront by a supplier and are not unforeseen. Unsure what we could have done as a customer in this situation. Very disappointed final experience.

We had part of our brush fence repaired and a letter box installed in Marion. The team were very responsive and professional. Love the final finish and the price was reasonable. HIgh quality, wouldn't use anyone else.

I am delighted with my brush fence, an amazing improvement.  All of the guys doing the job were great, didn't mind answering my questions and explaining to me what they were doing.  They did a top quality job replacing the brush and adding a roll top. The guys building the fence started early, but were very quiet and didn't disturb me at all, which was also appreciated.

It was an excellent job and all three brush fences now look great after looking very shabby. The team repacked the brush, removed and disposed of the sagging tired metal capping replacing it with a roll top. The team were punctual, friendly, helpful, and cleaned up afterwards.
