What great service from Gaby at All Australian Shutters 🤩 I wish I could give 10 stars!!!😁 She is my go to girl forever! The absolute best pricing ever and a very short turn around to have my shutters installed. I would totally recommend All Australian Shutters to everyone that is looking for value for money, great service and professionalism! This is my second time that I have used All Australian Shutters. My first home was 37sq and every room in my home looked sensational once the Plantation Shutters were installed. We have now downsized to a granny flat and although my order was on a smaller scale, the service most definitely wasn’t. From the moment I phoned Gaby, she was so bubbly and friendly, she arranged at a time that suited me and was punctual and professional. The installer, Kolbon, gave me a courtesy call to inform me he was on his way, and when he had to stop unexpectedly, he called again to apologise for running 30 minutes later than expected. Kolbon has done the most amazing install on our shutters, taking so much care and even removed his shoes each time he came into our home. Kolbon, I hope you are reading this because you are one of the best tradesman that have ever entered my home. You were so polite, thoughtful and one really nice guy, as well as being great at installation! My husband even commented on how good you were.😁🤩 Thank you again Gaby for your amazing customer service and professionalism!

I am totally blown away with the install of my Plantation shutters and from start to finish I could not fault the service, product quality or workmanship that I received from the team at All Australian Shutters. At my on site measure up Gaby accommodated me after hours in her busy schedule with no fuss. My job was large totalling 16 shutters and two of those 16 covering a sliding door plus a large window in my stairwell. Gaby gave me a 3 week date for my shutter install and to my delight they were delivered and installed exactly as promised. Gaby communicated with me along the way and even came back one week after the initial measure to add an additional 4 windows to my existing order. On the day of install Scott arrived as scheduled and went about methodically installing my shutters. The finished product feels fresh and creates a very modern enhancement to my home. I requested a quote online. Quote received within 24 hours. The price was right. I placed the order for exterior aluminium shutters and internal plantation shutters. Communication was nothing short of brilliant. I was informed when the measure was to take place and the company rep was right on time. I was informed when the product was going into production and when they were complete. All the shutters were supplied and fitted within 3 weeks. I do not normally write these reviews - I am skeptical about them - But this company was just a pleasure to deal with - I give them the highest possible recommendation.
