Within 24 hours of getting my prescription, I was contacted Both by phone and email. Within two days I had my machine. This company truly is on top of their orders, very impressed with customer Service who left a message. It came into my phone as healthcare possible scam and this company left a message. As I was expecting the call, someone answered immediately When I called back and as I said earlier two days, I had my machine. Very good.

My mother needed a better walker to use outside. As soon as we walked inside the door, Nikki welcomed us. She was a huge help. She was patient, answered all our questions and even helped to get a taxi for us. She went far a beyond in helping us. I would highly recommended this store.

Marty at All American was so very kind, patient, and knowledgeable! She took the time to help me navigate both my insurance benefit coverage and required doctor's prescription for a breast pump and broke down the whole convoluted process in a way that I was able to understand. As a sleep deprived new mom, I cannot emphasize enough how having someone who cares and is willing to help made the process of getting my pump through All American much less stressful. Outstanding experience from start to finish. Dr. Nikki runs a professional, caring operation; very responsive in communication, smooth setup, and excellent follow-through. I felt looked after the entire time. They even got back to me over the weekend. Highly recommend.

Cheaters and completely unprofessional. I was given the wrong size item, and they refused to correct it. I provided my prescription, but they didn’t enter it into their system — not that day, not the next. Then they called, saying my prescription was ready. When I went to pick it up, the lady told me it wasn’t ready and made me wait a long time. The treatment I received was dismissive and careless. They take forever to process anything and clearly don’t care about accuracy or customer service. If you value your time, health, or basic respect, do not waste it here.

AAMS has an amazing system where a customer can reach out via text message regarding the product they need. A Sales Associate texts back promptly and was very helpful in texting with me to determine the best product for the customer. In my case it was a knee brace and Princess, the sales associate who was connecting via text not only answered questions but emailed me the product details so that I could reference it and do additional research online. She was incredibly helpful. Jennifer, a sales associate also helped out at the end via text message. Once I got to the store, the manager was so helpful. She talked me thru my options and helped me determine a size. She also recommended a product for my child that was super helpful. Bottom line, this is a wonderful family owned business and I will definitely continue to purchase equipment and supplies from this store. Thank you, AAMS!

Dr. Nikki provided comprehensive excellent service from recommending a podiatrist to custom fitting orthotics. I highly recommend her if you have any issues with your feet!

Was treated phenomenally by Dr. Nikki. She helped get me what i needed, in correct size and even color. She explained the compression socks I got and even sent me an informational video on how to properly put it on and how to use it. The store is spotless and set up beautifully, too. What a great experience!

All American Medical Supply is truly a life saver. I'm helping care for a close friend who had major surgery two weeks ago. He has a feeding tube. We were down to our last two feeding bags, and the supplier that the University of Chicago hospital arranged for us failed in delivering our replenishment bags. I found All American and had the great fortune of working with Nikki. Nikki said AA did not have the bags in their store but did have the bags in the warehouse inventory and they would ship immediately. She took me through specs to ensure were getting the exact bags we needed, processed the order, and the shipment arrived the next day - just like Nikki promised. I can't tell you how relieved we were when those bags arrived. I am so thankful I discovered All American Medical Supply. I give them my strongest endorsement.
