Did not move with a sense of urgency when they needed to come back to correct/re-fix their patch job. AAIS came out to fix two holes (one in PVC pipe and one in drip line) and after my first watering day 6 days later the drip line patch work didn’t hold up, and water came up from the ground in the same exact hole (waterfall into road haha). No problem contacted them the next day (keep in mind job was paid in full at this point). They said they will come back out in 2 weeks, and I reluctantly said fine (as I expected them to honor their work and come back out as soon as possible). I guess they are booked daily. Fast forward 2 weeks later they came out (different tech by the way) but the gate was locked so they left. Then they initially said I will need to pay 150 because they had no access for that visit. This was surprising to hear when they were out here in the first place to rectify their mistake. Once they said they cannot come back out again for another 2 weeks I said forget it and cut my losses. I will rather pay another company to come out and patch the hole in the drip line. I left 3 stars only because they did a successful job when they installed my whole system the previous summer. Go with AAIS or not, this is just my experience and may be a one-off but if anything, a lesson learned for AAIS to do better in the future. Semper Fi,

Always a pleasure doing business with AAIS. Jonathan was my main tech today for my maintenance call and he was phenomenal. Explained everything, suggested appropriate changes and received permission before adjustments. Every interaction I have had with this company—from the folks answering the phones to the techs who come out—has been great.
