We discovered around 6:30 PM last night that our heater had completely stopped working. Because All American Heating & Air has provided us with amazing service in the past, I reached out to Justin right away. He walked me through several troubleshooting tips to see if we could get things running again, but ultimately the system just wouldn’t turn on. Justin even offered to come out after midnight to help us, which is something you just don’t see anymore! We decided to wait until the next day, and he thankfully fit us into the schedule. By 10:30 AM today he called to let us know he was on the way, quickly identified the issue, and had us taken care of in no time. I cannot say enough about the responsiveness, prompt service, and excellent workmanship this team consistently provides. This isn’t the first time we’ve needed them, and every single experience has been reliable, professional, and above and beyond. Came home to my heat not working just before severe winter weather hit Arkansas. Blaze came right out, assessed my unit, located the problem, and had my heat back on in under 30 minutes!!! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient.
