All Access Garage Door

Our garage door opener stopped connecting with any wireless openers so we contacted All Access for a quote on a new opener. Janine was helpful from the start, answering all my questions via text and providing multiple estimates. She also followed up quickly. Our appointment was scheduled and the tech arrived on time and installed our new opener quickly and even left to grab a new keypad for us and came right back and installed right away. The team is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I had originally contracted with another garage door company but they were not delivering. I reached out to ALL ACCESS DOOR for an additional quote. They were EXTREMELY responsive and professional. They matched the price of the other guys but also offered an upgrade. I am a builder and although I had a budget their suggested upgrade made total sense. I am happy I did it... It was worth every dollar. Highly Recommended!

The previous owner used the same company many years ago. It made sense to request a repair with the same company. Everything was smooth and easy, the tech arrived Mr. John. He was able to fix the garage within 10 mins. Definitely recommend, I will be reaching back when it's time to upgrade my garage openers.

The top panel of my 16' garage door bent. I spoke to the owner, Vin and discussed what happened today. He sent his technician Jared out with 16' struts a few hours later. Jared explained what he was doing and why. He inspected the door and was sure he could resolve my problem. Jared had my garage door working quickly. I highly recommend this company and am glad I used them. Very courteous, professional and pleasant to deal with. Excellent and fast work. Thank you guys!

Terrible service. I scheduled a service call to look at the bracket that had come off my door which my husband (who is not an expert on garage doors) put on. The guy came out and spent 5 minutes looking at my door and told me it was a motor issue but couldn’t look at the motor because they don’t deal with those motors. He did not look at the bracket. He noticed the door was manually opening but would not open with a remote. Despite not servicing the motor I had, he was able to affirmatively tell me it was a motor issue that would cost over $500. Mind you—he didnt even inspect the motors. He was unfriendly. I spoke with the owner “Vic” who was just an unfriendly and unhelpful. He told me “you got a service call. Pay the $75 or don’t. I’ll put you in collections.” Do not recommend giving this company any business. Highly unqualified and unprofessional. The owner was rude and condescending. And be wary that a “service call” which I was told included a tune up, oil etc (none of which was provided) consists of a guy pretty much staring at your garage door and telling you the obvious and trying to get you to spend money instead of figuring out the issue and explaining it. And I certainly will not be paying for such a service. The owner said he could come out to look at the door and followed it up with a snarky comment about my knowledge about garage doors. I certainly was not permitting him to come into my home given his attitude and rude demeanor. Clearly, he hires unqualified individuals and just concerned about making a quick $75 without doing any work. I’ll take my business elsewhere. And the BBB will also be receiving a complaint.

Great company to work with. Kept on time with appointment, performed a detailed inspection and serviced my the garage doors (the garage door operate like they did when they were originally installed). The price charged was very reasonable for the work completed. Justin was very professional and explained everything down to my level. H was kind and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely hire them again for future work.

The crew at All Access Garage Doors is amazing. We have used them twice now and each time they’ve walked us through what’s happening and what needs to be done in the way of repairs. Their pricing is incredibly fair and not once did I feel like we were being taken advantage of. Knowledgeable, professional, personable, and proficient in what they do - would definitely recommended their services, even if it’s just for regular maintenance. Justin was our technician for each service call and we couldn’t be happier with the job he did.

Quite happy with Access. Richard and his team were very professional, arrived on time, and installed my garage door entirely as promised. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. It seems rare these days to find such a good customer service oriented business. I would highly recommend them.
