I made the extremely difficult decision to have my Rocky put to sleep, and Dr. Gina was absolutely amazing. She took amazing care of Rocky and made sure the process was as painless as possible and as smooth as possible. She did not rush anything and gave us as much time as we needed to say our final goodbyes.

Our senior cat told us with his eyes one recent morning that he was ready to say good-bye. He had a very invasive cancer in his jaw and mouth, and was unable to eat any longer. I called All About Restful Pets on 2/9/26, and they had availability for that day or evening. I scheduled for 7:00 pm so that our daughters and partners could make it here to see him. Dr. Gina arrived on time, and her compassion was amazing. She did a great job asking us questions about Rascal to keep us smiling even through our tears. We spent as much time as we needed to give our cat some attention and love. Dr. Gina explained everything that she would be doing, and we did not feel rushed at all. Her experience helped us through making some painted paw prints more easily, as well as cutting some fur. She gently made a paw-print impression on her own for us to have in the keepsake box they provide. When we were ready, she carefully wrapped him in two cozy blankets like a baby, with his face exposed to send him off. This type of service is the most peaceful way to honor our pets. All About Restful Pets, and Dr. Gina, provided a perfect evening for us during a difficult time. Do not hesitate to call them. With deepest gratitude, Terry Rief

This was our second time using this service. The first was with our lab and was such a wonderful experience given the situation. This time around was for my almost 14 year old soul dog, Brody. Brody is very anxious & getting in a car going to the vet is not how I wanted his last moments to be. After a day of Brody experiencing life’s joys such as a rare NY Strip and a Reese’s cup, Dr. Falcone came and was loving and let our dog try to come up to her on his own terms. Being a guard dog all his life, he was a little hesitant with someone new in the home but she wasn’t pushy and just there to do a job, she gave us all the time to let him ease up & be comfortable. After he had passed, we let our other dog come in to smell and see him. While this was the most heartbreaking thing I’ve had to do, it was the right thing, and All About Restful Pets made it comfortable for our boy in his own home. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you guys again.

Dr. Viktoria Pugnetti is absolutely amazing. She made a very difficult day a little easier. I wish all pets could have the experience of saying "goodbye" at home surrounded by love, family, and memories. Dr. P. became a family member when she walked through the door. Thank you so much.

One of the hardest decisions we had to make was to put our Fur baby Kane to rest, Shelley and Dr. Gina so wonderful with helping us with his transition. She showed Kane that we weren't the only o.es that loves him. She was so kind and gentle with him and we could see that he trusted her as did we.... She took amazing care of him before, during and after. Kane was a wonderful guy and we will deeply miss him. Kane we love you. Thank you Dr Gina for your support and compassion!!! Here's picture of Kane when was at his Best.

We arranged for Restful Pets to come on Monday, however our little boy passed away on Sunday. Bonnie had Dr Pugnetti come on Sunday to get Never. Dr. Pugnetti was so thoughtful, such a wonderful person to deal with during this part of Never’s journey. Thank you so much.

We were referred to All About Restful Pets by my Sister-in-law who unfortunately also had to use their services for their senior boy. From the initial contact made by my loving wife through the entire process, Shelly communicated well and expressed compassion and sympathy for what was the most difficult decision we have ever had to make. We want to thank Dr. Kristin Falcone for her understanding, compassion, kindness and patience in helping our baby boy of 16 1/2 years, Theo, cross the rainbow bridge. Dr Falcone made us feel at ease upon her arrival and through the entire process. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed. Her professionalism, warmth and kindness made an unbearable experience a little less daunting.

Thank you Dr. Gina Sarnelli. You made what was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, just a little bit easier. I will never forget the love you showed my babygirl as you were prepping. All the treats and loves and sweet affirmations when i couldn’t even breathe let alone talk. she also gave us an indented paw print that holds a photo. id highly recommend anyone making this touch decision to go with restful pets. my Ditzee was treated with love, respect, and care through the whole process. she never once told us we couldn’t do something like help transport her to the car or let me hold her after she passed. i can’t tam you enough dr sarnelli.

I struggled internally to actually make an appointment but when I spoke with Bonnie (the wonderful owner), I had absolutely no doubt that it was necessary and I knew I had selected the right folks to assist with my 17 year old kitty, Jed. Bonnie went out of her way to get me on the schedule at the right time and could not have been nicer. Dr. Falcone was amazing. She was kind, patient, supportive and provided the necessary level of calm and compassion that we needed. We were not rushed in any way and Jed was treated like the queen she was from start to finish. For one of the worst days of my life, I am glad that I had All About Restful Pets helping Jed cross the Rainbow Bridge and I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Having already been through this process one time prior, I was somewhat prepared and versed in the process of releasing a pet. So the day came for my sweet Carl to be released. Living in a rural area made it tough to find a provider that could assist in Carl's release. Some providers stay within a certain service area, others just don't operate outside of M-Fri, couldn't help until a week later or carry hours that didn't fully align with our needs. On a whim, I reached out to Restful Pets, apprehensive that this would work out. Things started looking up though and when I got the scheduling process completed, and we finally had an appointment. The dreaded day arrived, chilly, but yielded the possibility of being a serene day. We had until the evening. We went through the process of preparing and doing sort of a living wake. Gina, the vet, had called an hour or so prior, communicating that the map had her arriving about 15 min after the scheduled time, which was fine. She arrived, heeding all advisories that I had included in the notes prior to her arrival, and survived the entry process (I have a second dog who can be reactive). She met Carl, and they had a great exchange. Upon review after Dr.Gina had departed after assisting w Carl's release, Carl's pet sitter and I reviewed Dr. Gina. We both found Dr. Gina likeable, VERY knowledgeable, very kind, very compassionate. She read the room, and almost made it fun. Plenty of jokes were made to help lighten the atmosphere, and its honestly the first in-home release I can say was actually pleasant, and should be exactly what a pet parent should experience. It was a wonderful experience, and it was fantastic to have Dr. Gina as part of the release team for Carl. Dr. Gina was so understanding, and so gentle w my Carl. She read him like a book, and all of what occurred, could have been set to a watch, about as she called it. Each stage of the process I felt a little more relief for him, and when he finally let go, I was so happy and relieved for him that his discomfort was no more. Even though it's a sad and rough process, I will say, 10 out of 10 would recommend and would do it again. I wouldn't have it any other way, and I'm so glad it was Dr. Gina who helped my Carl in his release. Thank you!!!!
