I had an amazing experience here! I came in for an oil change using a Groupon deal, and the service was fast, honest, and professional. They also did a full inspection and clearly explained what my car needed without any pressure or upselling. Special shout-out to Kellyn at the front desk — she was absolutely amazing! Super friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Because of the great service, I went ahead and booked another appointment for them to complete the repairs. I definitely recommend All 4 Tires. Great people, great service, and a shop you can trust!

Upon calling the location after doing my research & finding ALL 4 TIRES via Google, I received great customer service, thorough communication, including price, quote, timeline and availability for service of my vehicle. I really appreciate this team for getting me in on such short notice and completing the service within 45 minutes. Cost was also affordable for a luxury vehicle. Thank you so much! I visited the shop on February 20th to discuss using a Groupon for my daughter's van. It is about an hour's drive from my house. They gave me a list of additional items that needed to be fixed before the alignment could be done, and said I could return if my daughter got the work done elsewhere. I asked why my Groupon had been redeemed if the alignment had not been done, and no one returned a good response. My daughter took the van to a nearby shop since we live far away. The nearby shop repaired the listed items, including the alignment. I contacted the shop today to ask if I could use the Groupon for a different vehicle since the van was fully repaired, based on the suggested items they gave me. I was told I had to use it on the original vehicle, although it no longer needs an alignment. I then asked if they could remove the redeemed status so I could request a refund for the Groupon purchase. The person who had been replying within minutes went quiet and never responded, so I'm out of the money I paid for the Groupon and would never consider spending more after this disappointing experience.

Kellen, my initial contact at the Marietta location, was phenomenal in providing excellent customer service from our very first call regarding my vehicle repair. She gave me an estimated quote that matched the actual cost when I brought my vehicle in. They use advanced technology to identify issues with your vehicle and share that information with you in real time, along with expert advice from their technicians. The communication was outstanding—I even interacted with the owner,Alex, who was excellent at explaining the details of my service. Unlike other repair shops, they did not pressure me to fix additional issues that were not urgent. I truly appreciate that level of transparency and honesty. I definitely plan on returning to them to address those items in the near future.

I’ve been around cars a long time, and I don’t hand out praise easily. This shop reminds me of how automotive service used to be—honest, straightforward, and done right the first time. They took the time to explain what was needed and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Fair prices, solid workmanship, and good people. I’ll be bringing my car here from now on and recommending them to friends and family.

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ve been going here a year now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. With every service you get a diagnostic that comes with pictures sent to your phone. You have time to review and make sure that you are ready to make that purchase. They have options to choose from for financing and do not pressure you into services like most places. There’s a waiting room that has water, coffee and they also have snacks. I’ve even fell asleep and was given privacy. I love this place. I’ve gotten my tires and oil changed. I had so many issues and they handled my Mazda with care. They truly care. Give them a call Today!

Went in for oil change, inspection & tire rotation groupon. Kellyn was very nice, not pushy at all with their recommendations. Groupon was easy to use, no hassle. They have a nice waiting area to wait with coffee. They also told me they report to carfax, which many shops don't do for you. Overall had a great experience, will be back!
