I was looking for an incoming producing property in the Myrtle Beach area. I was from out of state so I was very unfamiliar with this location. Through many calls and emails, we discussed everything we were looking. Communication was quick and effective. Once we narrowed down our search to about 10 properties, I booked a flight down to take a look in person. She was super attentive and completely honest with things we were looking at. Her knowledge of the area was immense. From the time we looked at the properties to closing was less than a month. She handled the 3rd party vendors for us so we had to just sign on the dotted line She was wonderful and I would recommend using her in your next home search.

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about looking at houses. I found a house within budget, called the number, and that’s when I met Alicia. It was a lot older house that she showed me. While at that house as we asked each other questions back and forth. We explained what we were and weren’t looking for and she went to work. After a couple showings, we found our first house! Going through the closing process now. She has been in contact constantly and walking us through each step. Carefully explaining everything either before or while it’s happening. She didn’t care what our budget was, she cared about trying to help us find the right house. Which we all did! I would definitely work with her again if I ever sell this house or decide to purchase another one. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Alicia is a fantastic agent. She is very knowledgeable about finding the correct property that suits your needs. She is an expert negotiator, and will get the best deal possible depending on what the market is doing. She is flexible and will work with you to get all of the things you need to get done in order to make a deal work. I recently purchased a home in Johnsonville, SC and she did a great job. I am thoroughly pleased.

Alicia is excellent at what she does! As first time home buyers, my husband and I have not gotten along with any realtors due to how we’ve been treated. Alicia is friendly, kind, and understanding. She is truly a one of a kind and will fight for her clients. A pitbull in her field and we love her for it! I can’t sing her praises high enough! Moved to Myrtle beach and sold me my home she’s trustworthy and wouldn’t go with anyone else had to leave and she sold my home she’s amazing answer’s any questions you have no matter what time it is always by your side wouldn’t go to any other person she’s amazing

I just bought my new home in Conway, thanks to Alicia's help. She really knows her real estate business. I don't think I'd be able to do it without her. As a matter of fact, I know I would not be able to do it without her. She listens to what you're interested in and what you really are looking for in a beautiful home. I highly recommend. Alicia and she'll wind up being a good friend at the end of all her hard work. She is never home but if you ever need her, she's always there on the phone to answer your call. We all love Alicia!

Alicia was unprofessional and dismissive during our interactions. Her snarky and rude attitude made the process extremely frustrating. As a realtor, she should prioritize clear communication and respect for clients, especially with something as important as buying or selling a home. I would not recommend her!
