I was looking for an incoming producing property in the Myrtle Beach area. I was from out of state so I was very unfamiliar with this location. Through many calls and emails, we discussed everything we were looking. Communication was quick and effective. Once we narrowed down our search to about 10 properties, I booked a flight down to take a look in person. She was super attentive and completely honest with things we were looking at. Her knowledge of the area was immense. From the time we looked at the properties to closing was less than a month. She handled the 3rd party vendors for us so we had to just sign on the dotted line She was wonderful and I would recommend using her in your next home search.

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about looking at houses. I found a house within budget, called the number, and that’s when I met Alicia. It was a lot older house that she showed me. While at that house as we asked each other questions back and forth. We explained what we were and weren’t looking for and she went to work. After a couple showings, we found our first house! Going through the closing process now. She has been in contact constantly and walking us through each step. Carefully explaining everything either before or while it’s happening. She didn’t care what our budget was, she cared about trying to help us find the right house. Which we all did!
