I’ve been here since 2018 regularly. I like their massages specially Ruby, Hiba and Tina. Also, Angie is very friendly, polite and professional. I highly recommend this place customer service was very good. Atmosphere are very clean, calm and very comfortable.

First time being in there . I called for the appointment in the morning and I went for the massage on the afternoon . Nice, clean place ! The receptionist is professional, and the lady who did the massage was very good ! Telling me about the hot stones, and the oil . I have a lot of pain in my legs and my neck . After the massage I felt fantastic ! I’m definitely going back ! Thanks to Alfa Spa & Wellness and to the ladies who works there ! ✅ I wanted to make another review for this place but because I already had that 3 years ago I guess I can’t start a new one, so I would like to add to it. Today I went to the Alfa Spa Wellness for a massage and I was there a week ago too, but this year and last year I was not able to go as often as I wanted. Anyway in the past 2 years I’ve had different massage therapist and it was always a good experience with all of them. Last week I got Lisa a RMT and I knew her from when I started going there. She is so excellent with her techniques all the right places and the hot stones and her pressure was just right amount, and she was always asking if it’s OK. It was so amazing that now I want to go back to her as much as I can, and I do not have insurance, but for me it’s worth to pay for this kind of service. I feel lucky to find this place and I would like to wish everyone just the same satisfaction. 👌🫶

I have to say something today. My colleague Saleem has been getting massages at this shop for a while, and he told me that the massage therapist there named May was excellent and relieved his muscle pain. Later, I also went to May for massages. The first time was okay, so I went back for massages with May every time after that. But the next few times, I felt very uncomfortable. Her approach was different from the first time. She didn't use as much pressure as before, not at all, and she didn't do it according to my requests. She seemed unapproachable, impatient, and even deliberately hurt me. I found it strange that her massages were getting worse and worse, each time more outrageous than the last. Once, I said to her, "You're hurting me." She said, "You can go to another massage therapist. This is the only way I can do it." I expressed my displeasure, and our communication became difficult. Her English is also very poor, but I could sense that she wanted to push me to another massage therapist. I felt very strange and couldn't understand it. I talked to my colleague Saleem about it, and he said it was impossible. He said that May had always done a very good massage for him, with a good attitude, and always did it according to his requests and the pressure applied. It was because of Saleem's words that I insisted on having May massage me several times, but she didn't want to help me at all. She even deliberately grabbed and pressed randomly, intentionally hurting me, showing that she disliked me and was even annoyed with me. I had no idea why. That day, Saleem told me, "I've talked to the other massage therapists, and I know why May is treating you like this. Have you never tipped her?" I said I had never tipped her. Saleem said that he always tipped May, so May massaged him very well. Since I didn't tip her, she deliberately hurt me, hoping I would find another massage therapist. She probably uses this trick on every customer. If this continues, those customers who tip will go to her for massages, while those who don't tip will go to other massage therapists or stop going to this shop altogether. After Saleem told me all this, I was stunned! Is this how a massage therapist should act? So scheming, so vicious and insidious, willing to hurt me to get rid of me just for her little tip. Just for a small tip, she hurt me, wasted my money and time, and drove away other customers from the clinic. It's unbelievable, yet it actually happened to me! It's infuriating and intolerable! Of course, by doing this, she'll gradually attract more tipping customers, and she'll earn a lot in tips. But what she's doing is unfair to the other hardworking RMTs in the clinic! And if she continues like this, the clinic will only have fewer and fewer customers. I don't know how the boss can allow such an RMT to stay. I think most customers don't tip, and what she's doing is essentially driving them away. And if the clinic's customers decrease significantly because of her behavior, fewer and fewer people will eventually come to her for massages, and ultimately, both the clinic and she will become victims of her terrible behavior. I think about how she wasted my time and money, and my physical pain didn't improve at all. I'm really furious! I believe this kind of behavior shouldn't exist in any profession, especially in a profession that relieves customers' pain! It should never exist!

The customer service was truly wonderful. Angie was not only professional but also warm and friendly, making us feel comfortable and cared for. She took the time to help us understand exactly what we needed from the RMT. My husband and I both left feeling very satisfied with our massage experience. We definitely look forward to returning soon!

Came here few weeks ago, looking for a relaxation massage to relieve my shoulder pain. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, securing schedule from them is a breeze. They do an extra mile to accomodate customers requesting for same day booking. My therapist made sure that the pressure is just right and ask me everytime if its okay or if it does hurt. I highly recommend this place.

Had an amazing massage with Ruby at Alfa Spa & Wellness! She was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand my needs. Her technique was both relaxing and therapeutic perfect pressure and flow. I left feeling completely refreshed, tension-free, and deeply relaxed. The ambiance of the spa added to the overall experience clean, peaceful, and welcoming. Ruby has a true gift, and I’ll definitely be coming back for another session. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for quality care!

My wife and I booked a massage therapy session in August 31 and took advantage of our group insurance to cover some of the cost of the massage. When it was time to pay, we used our insurance (Manulife) but the receptionist was saying it didn't went through and she tried it twice. So she charged us the full amount CAD 400+ on my card. I was like, ok I'll just make the insurance claim myself. The wife filed her insurance claim and mine and waited a couple of days for it to be reflected to my bank. The insurance was able to give her refund of $120 to my account but my other $120 didn't reflect on my account. So we checked my insurance account and we found out that on September 1, that $120 was paid to Alfa Spa who filed the claim to begin with. I even called the insurance to make sure. In short, they were paid $120 on top of the amount they charged us. So I tried to give them a visit after my workday to let them know about what happened and to have the $120 refunded to my account. Their website said they're open until 8 p.m. but the truth is they close early, way early like 5 p.m. I tried to give them a call and this rude Chinese lady answered. I calmly let her know of the situation but she downright said they don't give refunds. This is bad business practice not to mention our 120 bucks was basically gone. They don't play it fair. Update: They called me many times but I wasn't able to answer the calls because of work. They called my wife instead and thankfully the issue was resolved. They sent us our $120 back.
