Alert Towing LLC

Total scam. They tow your rental car in the middle of the night from empty lots, claim they are giving you a good rate (but don't tell the boss... sir, we know you are the boss), and have terrible customer service. Its a highway robbery scheme they are working. By the way, this sign says "final warning." There was no other warning. We were literally visiting from out of town, sleeping at this simple hotel, parked in one of the spaces nearest to the hotel and somewhere between the hours of midnight and 8am we were towed. This isn't a legit business if they are willing to take $230 from tourists willy nilly like this. Oh and while waiting for our Uber we watched him tow two other hotel customers. This is run like a third world county. This is our first time to New Mexico, but I can't wait to get out now.

Javier was amazing! The wait time for a tow was an hour and he got there in half an hour. It was a Sunday and everything was closed but he was able to get our car fixed in about 20 mins. He was kind, professional, honest and took great care of us. Highly recommend his services!

I was just reading through some of your reviews and I noticed you told a young lady that your prices are regulated by state mandatory Tariffs? But when I picked up my motorcycle that was stolen I was told your company “alert towing” and “Knights Towing” same companies just scamming the system to get on rotation with multiple company names. The driver was adamant that you had your own tariffs and charged me a ridiculous amount of $750!! Be aware these predatory tow companies will gauge you for every dollar possible. Nobody will do anything about this problem there all corrupt!! Especially these liars!! Explain to me the charges I was charged? Thank you.

I got my camper van stuck off the side of a narrow mountain road. Gene came by and didn’t even need to use the winch to get it out - he just maneuvered it around for a bit and drove it right out of the spot unharmed! Also very friendly guy and easy to deal with, with 29 years of experience. If you get stuck in a tough spot, Gene is your guy! Highly recommend.

Cody and Javier are amazing! They are both incredibly skilled at what they do. I had a fifth wheel that was going into a very tight spot in the Woods. They made a 5th wheel bracket and attached it to a bobcat to get around tight corners. They executed the job with so much ingenuity and precision. very kind and professional, I highly recommend alert for all your towing needs.

We ran out of gas 5 miles from Santa Fe on Sunday afternoon after a long drive in from Texas. The gentleman came within 20 minutes of us calling, pulled in behind us to protect us from the traffic and put enough gas in for us to get to town. Highly recommend them.

Great company! When all other companies said they couldn't do the job Alert was on scene taking care of business! Ended up with a flat out in jemez... had a locking lug nut and no key to remove it so I was unable to change my tire. Roadside assistance said they called everyone else and they said they couldn't help. When they called Alert i was notified they were coming, and they made good time considering how far away I was. I'd definitely recommend them! When other companies say they can't choose Alert to get the job done!

Javier and Cody were extremely helpful and respectful. They answered all the questions we had and even offered to help us get the vehicle to a collision center for repairs. We have used the services multiple times (day and night) and have had great experiences all times. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of services.
