Absolutely PHENOMENAL service!!! We want to truly thank Aldrams for their thorough, detailed work in cleaning our residence as we moved abroad. The house was absolutely SPOTLESS as they finished. The entire staff was friendly and on time, and the organization by Wesley was spot on. We received our deposit back from the landlord, so an A++ in our book. After being let down by individual cleaners, I decided to look into a professional company. Aldrams responded to my Burpham and Merrow FB post. I have had 3 cleans with them so far, including a first deep clean. They are extremely professional, lovely ladies, and great value as they charge by area, not time. Very happy customer, thank you Aldrams for coming to my rescue!

I can only praise the phenomenal service we've received from Aldrams. Mr Adridge and his team are punctual, super efficient and always willing to go the extra mile. Brilliant service all round. Special thank you to Meagan as well who is a whiz at customer service and responds to all emails quickly and efficiently.

My cleaners returned on 29th July and for the first time in 4 months my house was clean, top to bottom. We worked out how to socially distance for 100% of the time the girls were with us so no worries about infection on both sides. We were very happy and I think the girls were happy to be back at work!

I have been using Aldrams for a year and a half... lovely people to deal with and always do a good job at my office, rental property (end of tenancy) and home. Highly recommended!

Absolutely worse service ever. They have cancelled on Sunday late evening the cleaning that on was scheduledM morning. I have booked it 3weeks in advance. Didn't even heard they were sorry! Then, when they actually came on Tuesday, the broke the oven during the cleaning and tried to say it was like that before the clean. Now, I have to pay £250 for oven repair. Seriously, I don't recommend. The cleaning was done right, but the customer service awful.
