Alcovy Fence

I contacted Alcovy through website. Norb replied very quick and we got the estimate the same week. Rudy came and measured for the estimate they were pleasant and professional while conducting quote. I contacted them back and advised we were ready. He got a change in schedule and contacted me to see if they could start earlier than he initially expected. We were ready. Supplies were delivered when he said and they started as promised. Rudy spoke with my husband about what he wanted and it went off without a hitch!!! The fence LOOKS AMAZING!!! We have had a few neighbors compliment and I will definitely pass on info if and when they ask. They left our yard clean every day and it was cleaned when they were complete. We have had several quotes and they technically only came in lower than 1 but it was something about the initial encounter with Rudy that sold us and he took pride in his work! GREAT JOB!!!

Loved it! Was completed in two days. Would have been one, but it rained. Requested board on board to avoid gaps between pickets when fence expands. Excellent!

An absolute pleasure working with Norb and his crew at Alcovy fence to get exactly what we wanted for a great price. Our fence looks fantastic and we've had nothing but compliments since it was installed. Top quality materials, expert knowledge, and excellent customer service. Alcove fence-best company ever! They totally came in did everything in 48-72 hours, only because of the rain. Would have been completed so much quicker! They addressed all my concerns, the owner made himself readily available! I was totally impressed! Matter of fact, I will be using him again in few weeks to finish up my fence! So excited!!!

Alcovy fence did a wonderful job with a wonderful price! They were able to get my fence completed ahead of time and their team was so nice and knowledgeable. I had a tree come down less than a week later on my brand new fence but Alcovy fence came out immediately and fixed it for us. I have already recommended them to numerous people.

I would have given Five Stars in my initial review but After installation of fence there was some repairs and additional work needed to be done ( I gave 4 stars). Norb had been doing his best to assist even though the delay could not be avoided, it’s been a while and I might be disappointed and frustrated but he is really trying. I must say that the work done in past was satisfactory and Hope I can get this done ASAP so I can give the big 5. Of course I am a woman to my words. Norb came through and I give 7 stars 😜. I’m extremely satisfied

Alcovy fence did a great job with my fence install in Watkinsville!!! We Showed up when they said they would and were willing to listen to our ideas and made them happen. Cleaned up after themselves. Couldn’t be happier with the end results!! Very personable!

Messaged this business for estimates and quotes on replacing and repairing the fence we have. Sent an email out to them detailing out approximate square footage, size of yard and other info regarding the fence. I get an 11 word response asking how tall I wanted it and if there were any gates, information I had already put in the 1st email. They respond back, this time in a 9 word response, that they don't do what I asked. No recommendations, no trying to come out and get an estimate, not even a "Here is what we can do...". Probably some of the worst customer MINIMAL customer service someone can give.

The fence is exactly what we asked for.Tony was very accommodating to our questions and they made sure not leave any messes. He even took the smaller pen down we had up for the dogs while waiting for the big fence to be built. Great customer service! Thank you Alcovy Fence

Received initial response and online quote very quickly. However, have had no return to my emails and phone calls to follow up on the quote and have services started.
