From a young age, our Clinical Director, Dr. Prakash Promod, has been captivated by the world of Swiss mechanical watches. As a boy, he would cut out pictures of complicated timepieces made by Patek Philippe and Rolex from magazines, imagining the craftsmanship behind each design. His fascination only grew during his years as a young dentist and medical student, when, despite having little money, he would explore Swiss watch shops in person just to see these incredible creations up close.
Through his study of watches, Dr. Prakash learned the value of using the finest materials and paying meticulous attention to detail – principles that would shape his approach to dentistry. And through his visits to these watch shops, he discovered the power of exceptional customer service, witnessing firsthand how every visitor was treated with care, dignity, and respect, regardless of their ability to make a purchase.
