I’ve had yet another fantastic experience with Alba Cars. After buying my first car from them last year, I returned this week for my next one - because the service is genuinely that good. Jack helped me lock in the car right away and made the whole start of the process stress-free. Alex was a big help after the first stage and then Aymen handled the processing and finalising with the same level of care, before handing over the car to me. The entire team was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, yet again. Huge thanks to Alba Cars and all the team there.

I recently purchased my BMW X3 at Alba Cars and overall it was a great experience from start to finish. The salesperson was very responsive, professional and patient from the test drive to assisting with paperwork. I would like to give a special thank you to April from the finance team who made all the paperwork and payments easy and hassle-free. She was very efficient and proactive in answering all my questions. She was also the person I had the most contact and communication with at all stages, and she was very patient and reassuring. The vehicle was delivered in excellent condition with great attention to detail. Although I had some stress at the end of the transaction, I am still very happy with the purchase. The team made sure everything was handled properly and I am very happy with the outcome. If you are considering buying a car in Dubai, especially a used luxury car, and want to buy one with confidence, Alba is definitely worth a try.

I downgrade my experience with Alba from a 5 to a 3. While the purchasing process was good and the assistance great (see the original message below), I first had an issue with a scratch that appeared between the order and delivery. Looks like a door had been opened on a car next to mine and dented it. It took a while to get Alba to accept to fix it but they did. I had to take the car in to Alba myself and pickit up a day later. Time lost and a couple of taxi-rides expense on me). Unfortunately, the fix was really not great. It was not a proper job, just filling in the scratch with a bit of paint. At least it was now less obvious. Yesterday, I was going to take the car from my garage after 2-3 days of not using it. The battery was stone dead. I informed Alba who did not react. As I need my car, I had a company intervene today and they confirmed that the battery was in very poor condition and while they offered just to jump-start it, they advised me that it was 100% going to happen again if I did not replace the battery. Given that BMW shuts off all, but essential, electronics there is simply no reason for the battery to give up like this, unless the battery was already damaged, or something else in the car is not functionning properly. Alba says the battery is not covered and they insist that the battery was in great condition when delivered (they fail to explain how it can die in just a matter of 3 weeks). I hope they will change their minds and reimburse the cost of the battery replacement. If they do, I'll gladly update the review again. My original message : I just bought a BMW from Alba. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rees, Faraad and Moiz who were all really helpful and available during the entire process. Rees came in on his day off to show me an additional car and that turned out to be The One. We faced some challenges, but we sorted them out together and the aforementioned Alba team went out of their way to help out. 🙏 I have an after sales issue that came up just yesterday.
