Purchased my first car in Dubai today and just received the handover. Overall, the service was great, you can really feel the quality of dealing with a quality showroom A special mention to the aftercare representative Alex. I’m extremely happy with the service he provided all the way until the end. He was professional, attentive, and supportive throughout the process. He definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The overall process was smooth and well managed. The only minor disappointment and this is not a complaint, just feedback was regarding the salesperson. He was overall a nice person, but communication was lacking, both in messages and calls. After I signed, he became unresponsive and did not reply to my calls or messages. I also visited the showroom twice and he didn’t come over to say hello. I don’t believe this was intentional, but as someone who works in sales myself, I believe followup and communication are very important especially after closing a deal. Even a short response or quick check-in would have made a difference. That said, I would definitely recommend the dealership and especially Alex for his excellent aftercare service.
