Alamo City Foundation Repair

I found my experience with Alamo City Foundation Repair and Jack Martin from estimate to finish to be 5 star. Jack was very accessible and prompt, and his knowledge and experience were reassuring. Once I made my decision to go with Alamo City, they started within 3 days and finished in 5. Part of the reason I chose them is that the estimate for interior pier installation by tunneling under the house was just above other companies drilling from inside through the floor and a lot less than those companies estimate for tunneling. I didn't have to move a stick of furniture nor deal with any dirt or dust inside or repair the floors afterwards. There were also exterior pier installations. With these and the tunneling, my small yard became piles of dirt; a patio had 3 neatly cut out squares; a small outdoor shed was moved and a bush dug up. By the time, the very able team was finished all was put right, including the bush, and they had spread dirt in a pre-existing dip in my yard. My yard all looked better than before, even the pebbled patio patch was better than a previous fix. They also checked for broken pipes before closing the tunnel--no leaks. Additionally, they made sure all doors were unstuck and I was satisfied with the work. I will say the lift created a few more interior cracks, but that was to be expected and can be repaired with the other cracks. Jack was also able to make recommendations for other needed repairs and a rock mason, which I had been having trouble finding. Needing foundation work is not fun or cheap, but I'm very pleased with my experience with Jack Martin and Alamo City Foundation Repair.
