The overall service at the medical center is good; however, the parking situation is extremely inconvenient.
Due to a long queue, I was charged for parking despite overpassing one minute only. The valet parking team seems overly strict, charging customers even when the delay is theirs fault clearly.
I raised the issue with Customer Service, but unfortunately, they did not appear concerned. Their approach felt transactional, focused only on collecting payment rather than addressing the customer’s experience.
