Poor Communication & Unprofessional Behaviour
I had a very disappointing experience with the lady handling WhatsApp enquiries. I was driving to work and wanted to quickly stop by to buy the prescribed vitamins, so I called to confirm availability. Instead of simply answering, she insisted I WhatsApp the details. Even though it was unsafe, I still sent the picture while driving just so I could collect the meds on the way. It took her 3 minutes just to open the message— at highway speed, that’s already enough time to reach Dubai. So I called her again, she rudely said she has many online orders and will reply only as per queue. I explained that I was on the road and needed it urgently, but she got irritated and simply said they don’t have it.
What surprised me is how eager she was to reply through WhatsApp after I said I’m not interested, yet she wasn’t willing to just check the medications when I actually needed them. She seemed frustrated with her work, and if I had continued replying, it felt like she would have started arguing back. Her attitude was uncalled for, and if she cannot handle communication politely or promptly, management should assign someone who can.
After this experience, I checked their reviews, which were also not great. Since she had the time to reply unnecessarily but not to check for the meds, I deleted the chat and blocked them on WhatsApp. There’s no point dealing with such rude, slow, and unhelpful service.
