One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I contacted them because my AC was leaking water. They told me they would arrive within one hour after 10 AM, but they only showed up around 12 PM. After checking the unit for about 15 minutes, the technician told me he was just going to his car and then disappeared. I couldn’t reach him for an entire hour. When I finally managed to contact him, he said he needed to buy some parts and would be back in 30 minutes. The problem is that I am the one who is expected to pay for those parts, yet nobody explained what the issue was or what exactly needed to be replaced. Instead of being honest, he simply said he was going to the car and kept me waiting for hours. By 2 PM, I was still waiting with no proper communication or respect for my time. This company is unprofessional and irresponsible. Everyone has work and responsibilities; nobody can spend the whole day waiting because of poor communication. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your time and avoid this business.
