One of the best meals of our entire trip to Venice. Al Gobbo di Rialto sits just off the Rialto Market, and you can taste exactly that. The lobster is incredibly fresh, grilled simply with olive oil and lemon, sweet and perfectly charred. The spaghetti with mussels was outstanding: plump, briny cozze in a bright white wine and garlic broth, pasta cooked just right. No frills, no tourist gimmicks, just honest Venetian seafood done beautifully. Do not leave without ordering both. Exceptional.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant in Venezia. The service was eccezionale — friendly, attentive, and truly outstanding from start to finish. We were a group of seven, and everything we ordered was delicious. The pizzas were perfette, and the carbonara was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. A special mention to the vegan option — my sister-in-law was pleasantly surprised with a beautiful and tasty pasta dish, which made the experience even more special. To finish, we had tiramisù and crème brûlée, both absolutely delicious. Without a doubt, this was the best lunch of our trip. Super consigliato! We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venezia.

Delicious pasta and seafood. Excellent customer service and ambience. Outdoor seating is fabulous, I’d recommend it over the indoor seating. Servers are knowledgeable and friendly and everything that came out of the kitchen was delicious. The kitchen prepared our food quite quickly as well, despite the large amount of customers.

This place is such a hidden gem!!! 💎 We visited around 5pm and there was only one other table occupied which astounded me as it’s a really lovely restaurant aesthetically and the food was fantastic too!! My girlfriend and daughter had pizzas which were lovely, I had spaghetti with mushrooms in a garlic and white wine sauce which was one of the nicest meals I had whilst in Italy & my son, who is a carbonara connoisseur, gave their carbonara a near 10/10 score which is high regards indeed from him!! The staff were lovely, polite and very helpful This place is tucked away down an alley so it’s not immediately obvious if you’re walking past but if you’re in Venice and looking for somewhere to eat this is a must!!!

Very friendly staff, delicious food, and a beautifully decorated restaurant. We visited in March around 7 pm and it wasn’t crowded at all. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality of the food, and they also offer vegetarian options. Highly recommended!

We started in the outdoor seating and it started raining. The servers helped us move inside and brought everything for us. They also said if we were allergic to anything, to let them know and they’d help us figure out what would be best. My friend had a whole list and they were happy to help. The food was excellent and the tiramisu was to die for! We did end up going back again.

The Penne all’arrabiata was excellent. We also ate the Calzone Classico, Spaghetti Ragu and Pasta Primavera. The bruschetta was amazing and we also had the caprese salad and that was great too!

Had a lovely family meal at Ristorante Pizzeria Al Gobbo di Rialto, just a short walk from Rialto. We tried a mix of penne, spaghetti, seafood ravioli, pizza, bruschettas, plus a bottle of wine and a cocktail. The service was attentive and the server was very professional yet friendly . The food took a little long (e.g Ravioli was 30 minutes and one had to order at least 2) but was fresh, well-cooked but slightly bland. We sat outside and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. It was liked by our kids too, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Overall, a great all-round spot near Rialto not too far from flea market and if you want decent Italian food, good service, and a family-friendly vibe.

While walking aimlessly in Venice City, we came across Al Gobbo on a side street n decided to dine here. We knocked upon a great restaurant with superb service from Mr Simone. He was helpful in elaborating on the menu that enabled us to the salad with burata cheese, mussels n clams sauteed n a Venetian Pizza, washed down with two beers. Total €70. Great bargain considering that Venice is relatively expensive. Food tasted great n beer was supremely good, chilled n quenched our thirst. If only the pizza crust could be rolled a little thinner, it would better suit our liking. But we r not complaining as it was well cooked n very tasty. Well done Kitchen n Front desk. both of us were very contended with the meal. Thank u for feeding us.

We stumbled upon this restaurant at the end of a small alley, just next to the Rialto, and found a peaceful atmosphere in a beautiful setting. The food was absolutely excellent – without a doubt the best meal I had during my entire stay. We ordered seafood spaghetti and a salmon steak, and both were cooked to perfection. Throughout the meal, we were looked after by a very attentive waiter, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I have nothing at all to criticise. They are currently on a well-deserved three-week holiday, and I truly hope to return one day for that amazing steak.
