The spring on our garage door broke at nearly 6 pm tonight. John was quick to answer the line, show up right on time, and provided excellent service! Professional answered all my questions and the cost to replace the spring though unfortunate wasn't unbearable and no extra or hidden fees in the cost, plus the speed in which he completed his job was astounding thank you so much John! Highly recommend!

There are not enough stars available for John and Troy! These guys are awesome. I called on Friday morning when our door broke. John said "I'll be out in an hour or so". And, he was. He disconnected the opener, got the top panel which had popped off the tracks back in place so we could operate the door manually, and did not ask for a dime for the service. My wife was undecided about color (imagine that!), so John and Troy came out Monday with samples. Tuesday morning they called to say they were on the way, and that afternoon we had 2 new doors and openers. John set up the app on both of our phones and explained its use and options and programmed the codes for us. At the end of the day the price was exactly what was quoted; no ups, no extras, no fine print. And, it was exactly the pricing posted on their website which, in itself, is pretty remarkable. I cannot recommend John and Troy any more strongly.

Called John set up an appointment to get a quote at 6:30 at night, he said he was around the corner and came over within 10 minutes. I'd been struggling with my Genie opener I installed, worked for a bit then stopped. Had been on the phone with Genie for hours multiple times. John found the problem in 15 minutes, fixed it and refused to take any money. Great service, good guy, knew his stuff and can't recommend highly enough.

John came out as a second opinion today, after we had our springs replaced two years ago by a company no longer in business. Not only was John professional, he was honest and prompt. John was able to save us $800, which is huge, especially before Christmas! Thank you to John for your professionalism and honesty. I will be sure to use him if I ever need anything else done in my garage!

I can not say enough good things about this company. Had an issue with my garage this morning and it was fixed within an hour and in a way that improved the structural components that went faulty to prevent a reoccurrence of the issue. Have had several previous excellent experiences as well.

John and Troy were great. Called them on a Sunday, came out Monday to look at everything and by Tuesday they had everything to replace our entire garage door! Great service and quality work.

The wood that my garage door opener attaches too split and came off the wall. It was just resting on the spring. I texted John on a Friday night and he showed up at 8 the next morning to rig it so I could get my car out of the garage and use the door manually. Showed up the following Monday and had it repaired before noon. He has fixed other issues for me as well in record time. Cannot recommend this place enough, these guys are the absolute best!

Wayne Dalton Garage Doors is the only company I trust for my garage door. My home is 12 years old, and we’ve had panel and spring replacements done by them in the past. Today, Bailey came for our first annual maintenance and was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the work before and after, and provided a detailed bill.
