I called Tim May, owner based on a friend recommendation, around 6pm asking if he would be interested in coming by and giving me a competitive bid for replacing two HVAC systems. He came over and stayed approximately 2 hours. Confirmed the need to replace. AKM beat the price of major competitor by 20+ percent. His crew was onsite the next day by 8:30 and finished around 7:00pm. He and his crew are very professional and passionate about their work!!! Customers satisfaction is a high priority. I highly recommend AKM Air Solutions!!!!!

Tim is absolutely the best! I had my bonus room mini split unit go completely out and it was only a matter of days before closing on my house! It HAD to be replaced before the new owners would come to the closing table. Without a doubt, I knew I could rely on Tim to get it done and he did! His crew that came out got it installed beautifully, with professionalism, and they cleaned up their mess. I will always recommend this company and team! Thanks so much Tim!!

Patrick and Erick did a fantastic job installing my hot water heater. I have also used them several times for my HVAC needs. 10/10 highly recommend.

I called on a Sunday afternoon and the service tech Patrick was at my house in less than an hour. He was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had my A/C unit back working within an hour. Definitely will call them in the future for any heating or A/C needs.

I am one of many who are giving this company 5 stars. My HVAC unit died in 90 degree heat. Tim came by and gave me a quote that was more competitive than another reputable company. Tim was prompt and very pleasant. There was no high pressure sales involved. He offered exactly what I needed and at an affordable price. Installation happened while I was at work. They installed the unit and cleaned up afterward. The house was a cool 65 quickly (my other unit barely made it to 72). I love this unit. AKM definitely went above and beyond solving a small electrical issue I had without an additional charge. I am so impressed and I would recommend these folks to anyone, anytime! Thx guys! You did a fabulous job!!

I am normally not a reviewer but I have to say AKM Solutions provides unbeatable service. I had my air ducts cleaned due to mold in the vents which was causing a mildew musty odor in the house. They came out 3 days to make sure the problems were resolved and the vents were cleaned properly and thoroughly and the ducts were sealed to prevent any further issues as well as UV lights being installed. Patrick Lilly Tyler and Chris were the technicians that covered this extensive cleaning for me. All were polite courteous and professional. Happy customer 😍

Mr. Patrick showed up early Saturday morning. He called to let me know he was coming 20min before he got here. He diagnosed and solved our problem quickly and then proceeded to check the rest of the system before leaving! Well done Patrick!
