Starting with Magen, awesome to talk to on the phone, best customer service I’ve had in a long time, very knowledgeable. Thank you Magen. Richard May, the man is a king.. he cared about getting me and my family back up and running with hot water when the water the water heater went out, very knowledgeable, his experience was outstanding, he knew exactly what we needed, his team did a Fabulous job, all the way through the project. Highly recommend this company and team, 5 stars all day long.
