Wildlife Inspection
Get a thorough wildlife inspection. We will assess the foundation looking for sign of wildlife activity, entry points, overhead hazards such as tree limbs or power lines, and more.
Next we put ladders up to inspect the roof line, gutters, drip edge, chimneys, vents, and any areas building materials meet.
Lastly, we move to the interior to look for any other activity by checking the utilities in the basement, anywhere there may be noises heard in the walls of the living space, and by going in the attic to look for any damage caused by wildlife.
This entire process is documented with photos and a Wildlife Exclusion Report.
