My condo outdoor faucet started running water yesterday and could not be turned off. I called A.J. Parker at 8 this am and their tech, Pete, installed a new faucet before 10am. He had the parts and the new one looks much better quality than the frozen one. The price was what I would expect to pay for excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

We have had many experiences with plumbers - and AJ Parker is by far the best. Over the past four years, they have done quite a bit of work on our daughters (almost century) home as well as ours. They are dependable, do excellent work, go out of their way to help you and do not over charge for their services. They always communicate the timing and price up front and get someone out to resolve issues quickly. Finding a contractor that you can trust to be fair and do excellent work is like finding a unicorn. I highly recommend this family owned local company for your plumbing needs!

We recently purchase our home in Willoughby and within two months living here a leak appeared. As a new homeowner water leaking can be intimidating. I called AJ Plumbing, they came out and with a preliminary access ment knew they would have to go in the wall. They came back out went in the wall and fixed the leak. They were very kind, professional and didn't waste time with getting the job done. The cost wasn't near what we thought it would be. I really appreciated the customer service that was given.

Requested service through their website and got a prompt response. Communication was easy and thorough. The service time window was only 2 hours instead of half my day. My clogged drain was handled pretty quick. Very knowledgeable and respectful. They are family owned which is a nice bonus.

I had a new sub pump and battery backup installed at my house. When shopping around they were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in choosing the best model and size, they did not try and sell me anything I did not need. The gentleman who did the install were very professional and polite, they explained the process to me and made sure I knew how to care for and test the system before they left. They were also very clean and did not leave a mess behind. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again in the future.

I have used this company for many years and they never have let us down. I called this morning for a minor situation and they were able to be out here within a few hours and the guy was fast. Neat, explained why I was having the problem and what he was gonna do to fix it and cleaned up before he left. He was like the perfect thing to happen, especially when we’re sitting here, kind of in panic mode because we don’t have hot water. Laundry was half done. Best team for all things they do!! 10/10

We haven’t lived in our home long. So when we had a bunch of issues we didn’t really know where to begin and didn’t have much knowledge about issues in the past with the plumbing and fire place or what had been fixed or what had been an ongoing issue. We called AJ Parker Plumbing and they came out and looked at all our issues, no matter how big or small. They don’t try to upsell us or do anything unnecessary repairs. They talked us through everything we had told them about, how they could fix it and what the long term goal would be. We had them fix our gas fireplace, a toilet, rebuild 2 shower faucets for more temperature control. They fixed the noise the shower was making( it sounded like the pipes were working way too hard. Imagine a lawn mower in your walls) and got rid of a clog in the shower as well. They were all so nice, respectful of our time and property. Stayed as quiet as they could since my BF works from home. Explained everything to me and let my dog bring them all the toys she could find. What a great family owned company! Highly recommend to anyone!! Thank you all so much for your help!

So, 1.5 years ago we had a blockage in our line leading to our septic tank(s). A friend suggested we contact AJ Parker. They came out immediately and solved our problem. Heather told me at the time if we needed them again to please call - and, if she was unable to answer, to leave a message or text the same number and she would get back to me shortly. Yesterday, our 8 year old electric water heater decided to call it quits. I remembered AJ rescued us previously, so I reached out, left a message and I texted the same number. As Heather had promised me she was in touch with me shortly after my call. She arranged one of their techs to come to our house that same day and replace our water heater. The tech did a great job - he worked professionally and cleanly and gave me a ‘heads up’ of what to expect. Everbody we have interacted with at AJ are the nicest people.
