From the initial phone call I made to AJ Glass and Window Repair to the job being completed, I was very pleased. The receptionist that took my call was very polite and helpful and got me a quote within minutes. She also gave me an appointment option right after, which was for the next day. When I asked if they could make the appointment for today because I would be working tomorrow, she immediately checked with her technicians in the field to see if I could be accommodated. About an hour and a half later, I received a text stating that a technician was 30mins away. When they got to my home, the two gentlemen were professional and very polite. The work was swift and it looks great! 👍 I am thoroughly impressed with this company’s work and level of professionalism. I will definitely recommend and used them again. AJ Glass and Window Repair’s number is permanently saved in my contact list.

I called a few businesses to obtain quotes for residential window repair, and AJ Glass & Window was the most competitive up front. Another business quoted me almost twice the price, and when confronted with AJ’s quote offered to match. Total scam. Wendy at AJ was very friendly, responsive, and communicative. Scheduling was easy and the technician reliable, and the work was clean and quality. Should I be confronted with having more of my glass repaired, this will be my first and only call. Highly recommend!

Anthony, who is in charge replied right away and ask for pictures and measurements, which I provided. He gave me a call and told me it would be around $1500 which I agreed to. I needed to replace my window unit which was OK but the window was constantly leaking during heavy rains from the window frame. When he came out and looked at it, he mentioned that the leak from my current window is happening due to stucco area above which would need a good sealant and that he will replace the frame around the window. Was all the extra work he gave me the new estimate which was $2500. I agreed to it, expecting that the window would be new and will stop leaking. Installation was completed within a few weeks but it was very rushed and the window frame to remove the old window and place the new unit was heavily damaged by his team. He put in some extra sealant around the window where he was installing but not as promised above where the stucco issue was. Additionally the frame was not provided - he told me that I can fix up the current window frame where it was damaged during installation with some sheet rock which I had to have someone else come out and work on for in two settings to make it look somewhat decent after the damages during installment. Unfortunately, during the next rain the window continued to leak. I’m tried to reach Anthony and send him pictures of the concerns and trying to get a partial refund but he’s not replying and not picking up his phone. Pictures are post-installment of the new unit. Quite disappointed.

I ordered a piece of specialty glass for a coffee table. The ordering process was easy, delivery was smooth, and it looks great. Their price with delivery and veteran discount was also the best after calling 4 other glass shops. We will definitely use them again for any of our glass needs. Thank you.

I have a broken glass in my living area. AJ glass repair sent me a technician, his name is Josue. He was excellent an place the new glass in no time. This company is so professional and they offered me excellent price. Highly recommend it for anyone who needs this service.

I was driving on the grand parkway today and someone from this company, in one of their company trucks, was driving absolutely crazy, speeding and weaving in and out of cars and very closely tailing people, myself included before they cut around me. I was driving with my young baby in the car and they could have caused an accident and severely hurt my baby and i. You would think people driving for a company would drive safely as they are a reflection of their company but that was not the case… I was able to take a picture of the license plate when we stopped in traffic and am willing to share if the owner wants. So unprofessional and unsafe!

Our experience with AJ Glass has been great. I reached out to them when we needed some glass installed to replace the glass in our windows. Throughout the entire process, I communicated with Tanya Zacarias who was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. The techs had to come out twice. Both times, they arrived within the window of time they were scheduled to come. The first time, the tech went above and beyond after he discovered a piece of glass wasn't fitting properly. He took measurements and gave them to my husband so we could make sure the warranty company we had gone through to order the glass could order us the correct size. I'm overall very happy with their service, especially after the headache we went through with the warranty and delivery companies...dealing with AJ Glass was a relief after that!

First off I have to compliment the guys that did the actual service. They were very polite, and had the work done in about 5 minutes. All they had to do was reseal a window. The prices are where I ran into a real problem. First off the $75 minimum service fee, turned out to be over and above anything else that was done. My windows just needed a simple bead of caulk to seal it up, but in addition to the service fee I was charged an additional $175. It was a total of $250 for less than five minutes of work and less than a dollars materials. Hopefully this fixed the problem. I would not use this company again in the future.
