I love the hair service here. Azra does a professional job with coloring. I am very satisfied with her doing my hair. The salon is clean and welcoming. Not only Azra does a great job with hair coloring, she also does facial and threading too. I come here often to get the best of all the services here.

I went for eyebrow threading (15) and upper lip wax (10). The pricing for upper lip is actually crazy. I’ve gotten the same services done in other cities but I have never paid so much. I honestly didn’t like how my brows looked as she made them really thin. She is a sweet lady though. my experience was ok, but don’t think I would go here again.

First and last visit. So dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least. I asked specifically to just clean up my eyebrows and keep the shape and thickness. Especially the thickness I hate thin eyebrows they do not look good on me. What did she do? Thread them so thin they are worse than y2k eyebrow thinness. I have a wedding tonight and made that clear before service. Now I’m stuck having to shade in a whole lot of eyebrow that she ripped out when i specifically said do not thin them. She did not offer anything to help. No shading no money off. Nothing not even an apology!!!! Just tried to tell me I’m wrong about them being thing. Hello?!?? These are not the eyebrows I came I with!!!! hate my eyebrows now. Never going back again. Smfh

loved my experience here, today I got my hair dyed and really liked it, I got exactly what i wanted. Exactly what picture i showed is exactly what I got. Loved the shampoo massage i was falling asleep lol. Also got a blowout its so airy and volumenous, silky. I also got my eyebrows done and it was literal painless felt nothing but the outcome was amazing. 10/10 do reccomend

I went there for hair highlights and i spent my 180 dollar and i told aisha to give me blond shade but she did not give me that shade which i told her and also she dont know how to highlights hair and when i told her this was not the shade which i want and she gave different color from top and different from bottom its totally wastage of my money i will never go there for any service totally dissatisfied...

Aisha always does the lord’s work on my brows. I have really thick and coarse eyebrows but she is patient even when it breaks the thread lol

Do not go there if you value your brows. She was on the phone. I told her to just clean them I left with gaps in my brows.

I feel like I should post a warning that they no longer do student discounts. Despite having multiple advertisements for giving a student discount both on the outside of the store & inside where the prices are hung, when I was preparing to pay for my service with my student ID in hand, I was told that they no longer do a student discount. The lady who did my service was kind, but her reasoning for there no longer being a student discount was very vague. She told me her manager decided to take the student discount away a couple years ago. I told her that they should change their signage because it’s false advertising. As a full-time student on a budget, I felt a bit played — it’s just not right. The services are also much pricier than I’m used to. Additionally, I asked for just a cleanup on my eyebrows & emphasized that I don’t like them to be shaped too thin, but the lady shaped my eyebrows thin anyways. She also took a phone call during my service (instead of taking a pause for the call, she multitasked while simultaneously threading my eyebrows) and then very briefly showed me my face with a hand mirror after she was done threading. After leaving the shop, I realized that I still had a substantial amount of hair left on my face where she was supposed to thread. I tried tweezing the bigger hairs, but given the amount of money I had spent, I decided to go back to see if it would be possible for the lady to clean up some more. The lady was kind enough to do the cleanup without an extra charge. I appreciate her kindness, but unfortunately, the overall experience at this shop has left a bad taste in my mouth, so I do not plan on going back.

Great service by Aisha. One of the few places that understands Desi hair. She corrected my rough layered haircut from Great Clips.

Sara, has the best most light hands. She really transformed my hair. The best blow dry in Philly Coming back for a haircut 💇‍♀️ ♥️♥️
