Excellent Service! Johnny from Airwise came out the same day that I called saying my A/C was not working. I had the appropriate access panel blocked with shelves, so he returned the next business day (so I had time to move stuff) to assess the problem. I only moved in last year. so I did not know that my unit is a Carrier unit with proprietary service, so he could not finish the service, but he explained this new unit to me, gave me the number of the company to call and refused to take payment for his 2 visits! Thank you so much for your professionalism and information, Johnny!

John was very efficient and knowledgeable. He worked around my schedule and fixed my AC unit in a timely manner. I highly recommend him for any repairs.
