Scott was the best person I could've asked to move my AC unit inside my condo! He was so patient, professional, kind and respectful. He mentioned the door to my metal box was missing (I hadn't even noticed - it probably happened when my balcony was being replaced) and that my AC unit needed cleaning (black flakes were coming out of it for a while and I had been meaning to look into it). With zero hesitation I asked if he could help with it and he was incredibly accommodating. Amazing service. Highly recommend working with him. Absolutely will reach out to him again for all of my future HVAC needs.
