Not Customer wise
Sales over phone was fine, but that’s where they lose sight of Customers’ needs. The promised 4-hour delivery window by 6pm the day before delivery, did not happen until five hours later, ruining my chance to work for a half-day. I was messaged by the 3rd party installer within an hour of their arrival and another within 15 minutes. The installers were good and efficient, and intimated that, unlike Airport, they face the Customer during this critical phase and hear their compliments and mostly complaints. See Yelp for seemingly more complaints than here, but well aligned with 3rd party’s sentiment. Anyway, Customer experience is key for me. Airport may be Homewise but not Customer-wise, even after all the years in business.
