Fast service! TJ was my driver, very friendly and professional. Thank you! And the dispatcher was friendly as well and has a sense of urgency. I appreciate it and I will use your service again whenever I'm in the city.

I booked my cab early on purpose to attend an event this evening. Our cab turned up 20 minutes late which was going to make us very late for our event. I understand the weather affects driving conditions but extra travel time should be accounted for. We ended up driving our own vehicle.

I don’t recommend Diamond Cabs. I called them and asked if they had a flat rate to the airport to Canadian North. I specified that’s where I needed to go to get to my job up north. They said yes, $40, no problem at all. I thought, OK, perfect, I booked them. They did show up on time, which was nice, but to my surprise, when I got to the location, they charged me $68.78. What a joke. I will never use them again, and I just want to inform other customers. Hopefully they contact me and fix this, but if not, I want to let others know so this does not happen to someone else.

We were disappointed in the service today. The cab that showed up was an older van, with a rear door that didn't work. Since we had several big bags, this was a major inconvenience. This problem was compounded by having the cab driver ignore everything that I asked him to do We are regular customers and never had a problem previously.

Excellent cab service—on-time pickup, clean vehicle, and a professional, polite driver. The ride was smooth, pricing was fair, and the whole experience was hassle-free. Reliable service that I’d definitely use again and recommend.

Mr Nasser showed up 5 minutes early, inside of cab was clean, really appreciated his help with our heavy luggage. A nice, relaxed drive to Airport. We highly recommend Diamond Cabs.

Thankyou for comming out so early. 2:30 am. It was cold and friend needed a ride to Calgary as someone deserted her in the Walmart Parking lot in Airdrie. Her hands were so cold she was crying. I was letting her warm up in my car. Thank you for being on time.

Absolutely recommend. I was turned down by multiple taxi company’s cause I live outside the city limit. They were quick to pick me up in Calgary and drive me east of Airdrie with out any problems. Very professional and friendly. Thank you
