We had an Excellent experience with AIRCO Service. From the beginning, their pricing was upfront and transparent with no hidden fees, which gave us confidence moving forward. Luke Helm, the project manager, was amazing to work with. He came in, thoroughly assessed our needs, and clearly explained the process and recommendations. His professionalism and attention to detail set the tone for the entire project. There were two separate teams involved, and both were outstanding. The team in charge of the ductwork installation, led by Justin, was extremely professional and efficient. Justin even took the time to walk us through the new control panel (thermostat)—which was well above our level of expertise 😂—and graciously explained all the features it was capable of. His patience and kindness did not go unnoticed. Together, the teams installed a new HVAC heat pump along with new air ductwork, worked hard, respected our home, and cleaned up after themselves. What was expected to be a three-day job was completed in just two days, without sacrificing quality. If you’re looking for a professional company, look no further than AIRCO Service. We Highly recommend them for anyone needing ANY HVAC work done right.

It’s rare that I’m on the negative side of reviews, especially with a company who has been around for a while. My first and will be only experience was agreeing to a $99 diagnostic. The technician came and went into the attic to assess the problem. He came back down about 15-20 minutes later to tell me what he found. He said while he was doing the diagnostic (moving things around) he found an insect where it shouldn’t have been and it fixed the problem He said usually he’ll come back down and communicate how much it would be to fix the issue (which I confirmed with Jane before the appointment) but he decided to just go ahead and fix it. In my mind I was thinking he was just going to charge the diagnostic fee because that’s all he did and happened to fix the issue while doing it. That is also all I agreed to beforehand. So I was very surprised to see a invoice of $288 on the tablet I will say, I made the mistake of signing off and paying it because of my headspace of waking up in the cold. Did not think it through until after the fact I called the office 20 minutes later to speak with a supervisor about the situation. Just wanted to ask if that’s their normal business practice. I was told a message was sent and someone will reach out to me That was Saturday, it’s now Thursday and I haven’t received any form of contact. But I’m done waiting on a call and going to shrug it off and take the loss I will also add everyone I spoke with were pleasant to talk to (including the technician). I seem to be an outlier of negative experiences here but it is what it is

They were wonderful!! We were having a tankless water heater put in a small closet in our master bathroom. They let us know everything they were doing and why it needed to be done. Even apologized that my asma was acting up due to the insulation. There was no mess for me to clean up after they left. And I love my new water heater. If you are thinking of investing in a tankless water heater. Do yourself a favor, and call this wonderful team.

Jordan was exceptional! He was the most thorough technician I have ever had. I have a Smart thermostat that I have never been able to use. The technician who installed it could not get it to work via my phone. Jordan went above and beyond to figure it out. What I had to take a bank loan out to use my heat/air unit is now something I can fully use. I appreciated the extra time and effort by Jordan.

The technicians were very polite and explained everything that they were going to do before replacing the water heater. They were efficient in getting it replaced. They showed me the repairs after they completed it. They explained all of the new features and recommended maintenance. I will definitely continue to use AirCo Service for the maintenance of my HVAC and water heater systems.

I had a very disappointing experience with Airco. The technician came to my home but did not provide any solution to the HVAC issue. On top of that, they left the attic ladder down and the attic lights on when they left, which was careless and unprofessional. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend or use this company again.

Kendrick was in contact with me to let me know when he would be here. He was on time for when the technician said he would be here when it was scheduled. He and his coworker were very professional and they were willing to answer any questions I had. They worked efficiently and quickly. They replaced my hot water heater and cleaned up their work area and everything is working perfectly.

I had an issue with my AC unit under warranty. The area service manager helped me out greatly. Aaron and Zach, completed the swap-out in record time a demonstrated what skilled technicians they are. Thank you all again im a 5 star satisfied customer. I will recommend Airco to all that ask.

Service at Airco has been wonderful. They have been on top of everything getting done from rip and installing new ones to fine tuning them later. Salesperson Jared knows his products and is able to solve your problems. The installation crew was professional and cleaned up the area each day before leaving. I highly recommend their services and will continue to use them over and over.

Just about every service tech that has been here has been very polite and keeps a clean work area. All have been personable. Chance stood out from the others that have been to our home. He kept us appraised of each step of work he was doing. He was very cheerful. A very personable young man. He noticed little things about us to connect with. Would love to have him as our regular service tech!
