Air Works Heating & Air

We've been using Air Works since 2008. We first called on Air Works when we had no air conditioning and our former HVAC company couldn't help us anytime soon, even though they had recently replaced one of our systems. Although we had never used Air Works before, they promptly helped us out. We've been using them ever since for all of our scheduled maintenance as well as for break-fixes. We also had them replace our upstairs system 5 years ago and their installation was excellent, a much better installation than the former company did replacing the downstairs system. We would not use anyone else. I highly recommend them.

I needed to have a dryer vent cleaned and called Air Works Heating &Air. The receptionist scheduled me for the following day in the afternoon. I was thrilled to have such quick turnaround on such short notice. Dillon and Axle showed up on time and both were very courteous and professional. They took great care and respectful of property. Thank you for the great service and friendly, courteous service from start to finish! Definitely would recommend them!

Josh and Ricky were amazing. Called to let me know they would be at my house first thing and had my unit up and running very quickly! If the other people who work for this company are as awesome, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Air Works Continually provides great service, over and over again! We were introduced to Air Works 2 years ago by our realtor when our AC died on a 90+ degree day, the day before an open house! She called Air Works and they had our 14 yr old AC unit fixed within hours, on a Friday afternoon! And, the cost was super reasonable, even though we weren't even one of their customers yet! Then, they came out again a few weeks later, at no cost, to show the home inspector that our unit was working properly despite his best attempts to say otherwise! I was sold then, so we set up an annual maintenance contract with them on our new house. Twice, they have come out with very short notice to fix what thankfully were minor issues. They always combined our upcoming service with the call to so we weren't out extra service fees! Even when we do have to have extra work done, the prices are super reasonable and the service top notch from the office staff to the techs. I can't say enough great things about Air Works! They truly are the best!!!

We’ve used airworks for almost 10 years for our HVAC, including replacing one of our units in 2020. The service has been fantastic and we trust them to treat us fairly. They send the same technician, Ricky, for all our HVAC maintenance appointments. He is familiar with our configuration and history and provides service specific to what we need. I highly recommend them.

Contacted AirWorks for an HVAC emergency issue to begin with and based on the response to that issue, we signed up for the maintenance contract. We just had our first maintenance review and Ricky and Patrick did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made recommendations but were not overly aggressive in doing so. Highly recommend the company for your HVAC needs!

My AC wasn't blowing out cold air. I called Air Works and they came out the following morning. The issue ended up being the capacitor was shot. Ricky was the service tech and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Much appreciation to Ricky and the Air Works team!
