Donnie came out and he as soon as professional and friendly. He got everything taken care of in a timely manner. This is our second time requesting his service and will continue to call on him.

Highly Recommend Air Today – Truly Outstanding Service I cannot say enough good things about Donnie at Air Today. I originally had another AC company come out who immediately told me my unit needed to be completely replaced. They refused to speak with my home warranty company, leaving me stuck, frustrated, and without clear answers. Then I called Air Today, and the experience was night and day. He came out, carefully explained everything that was going on, and—most importantly—were honest. Instead of pushing a full replacement, he told me they would much rather fix the unit if possible than stick me with an unnecessary and expensive replacement. The repair took time, but he stuck with it and got it done. What truly set Donnie apart (and this is a BIG deal) is that he spent over 45 minutes on the phone with my home warranty company. Anyone who has dealt with a home warranty knows how painful that process can be. Air Today clearly understands how it works and patiently bore the burden with me instead of leaving me to figure it out alone. His professionalism, integrity, patience, and customer care were outstanding. I felt supported the entire time. Fully satisfied customer. I absolutely recommend Air Today and will call them again without hesitation.

Amazing and honest work. I had 2 other techs before Donnie that couldn't or wouldn't fix the unit. I was without heat the entire month of February. All parts had been replaced and still no heat. Donnie went above and beyond and found the plug that was "mysteriously" unplugged and hidden behind a panel screwed to the unit. This was deliberate. This industry has a bad rap because of things like that. Donnie restored my hope in mankind and is the only number I will call from now on. Sadly, honesty is rare and Donnie is one of the few.
