During our inspection, we discovered that the previous contractor had improperly installed the drain line. The original trap was poorly assembled and sealed with excessive silicone, which is not a proper or reliable method for ensuring watertight connections. This could have led to potential clogs, leaks, or drainage issues over time.
To correct the problem, we removed the old trap and replaced the entire section with new, properly fitted piping. All joints were securely connected and tested to ensure proper drainage and long-term reliability. The system is now functioning as it should, with a clean and professional installation.
