We recently got a call from a landlord who’s been dealing with a water leak inside the ceiling and walls for over a year 😱. After paying for a new unit installation, they discovered water was leaking—but the original contractor? Completely ghosted them.

Over time, 5 different contractors came out to try and locate the issue, with no success. Frustrated and still without answers, the landlord finally reached out to Air Today.

🔍 After a full assessment, we poured water on the opposite side of the unit’s drain pan. The unit drained properly—but the water started running down behind the wall and even came out of an electrical outlet! ⚡💧 Clearly, something wasn’t right.

We’ll now need to cut into the sheetrock to find the broken drain line and make the necessary repairs. This kind of situation is dangerous and costly—and unfortunately, could have been avoided.
