Mark is hands down the best! I had several ac specialists come out and look at my 4ton ac unit on the roof of my office, mark came in and was able to diagnose what was wrong with the unit and his big came in at a way more reasonable price than the other specialist. Amazing job! Mark did a great job replacing my ac and heating system. He had to modify the heating system in my house and it was flawless. When he initially came out to give me a quote he looked at my system and got my heating system working without asking so that my wife and I could stay warm until new one was installed. Mark and Whitney at Air Remedy are amazing. They are trustworthy, reliable, dependable, and can act quickly upon your request for help. Mark has incredible integrity as an HVAC (heating and air) tech, and can come up with a plan to fix any issue. I've had Mark assist with replacing both of my homes' furnaces, one set of coils for my AC unit, and some other AC-related fixes. He doesn't oversell me or recommend something extraneous to get an extra buck out of me. He gives me the options, tells me the pros and cons of each, and then lets me make the decision. That's what I value the most. Mark treats me like a partner in the process, which is so appreciated. Most professionals in Mark's position aren't as transparent and up-front with what all that's going on with your HVAC system. Mark provides you with the options and then makes a recommendation. And that's all I want. Not only does he have great customer service skills but he's also a highly skilled HVAC tech. He does great work. And he honors all warranty work that he does. Mark and Whitney are outstanding and honest people to work with. They were at my house at 7:30 AM (within an hour of calling) to check on my AC that wasn't cooling my house anymore. After running all the diagnostics to see if the unit could be repaired, Mark determined the unit had to be replaced. He gave me a very fair and competitive bid on the new unit and it was installed and cooling my house by noon the same day!

Mark does fantastic work at a reasonable, up-front price. We’ve unfortunately had to call him several times in the past couple years, but he always resolves the problem.
