Professional, friendly, responsive, organized, meticulous, caring management. I stayed in one of their Air BNBs for a wedding. The location was top notch and the condo itself had everything you needed but was not crowded or clunky. You don't always leave a place thinking you will be back but I am fairly confident I will be a frequent visitor to one of Air's rentals.
