Terrible experience all together! Would leave less stars if possible.
Contracted through AHS, there was no communication from the tech (not even a phone call or anything) for when the person arrived within a 4 hour window. After they said the appointment was missed (when i was at the house in 15 minutes), I called the dispatcher who said they'd put our home back in the queue, while promising the tech would give advanced notice before coming back. Got a phone call the second time saying the tech was 5 minutes away - not much notice at all.
The tech (Alexis) that came out was very unprofessional, mentioning he didn't remember if he called me the first time or not, tried not to do any diagnosis or work on the AC unit, and basically said any issue isn't their problem and wouldn't be able to do anything. I had to ask multiple times about what could be done or diagnosed with the unit before finally getting him to even look at the unit uncovered. He said he would follow up about a potential fix that could be done and the coverage, but never followed up - just put a comment in the AHS system that a repair/adjustment shouldn't be covered. Awful service and communication!
If AHS designates this company for your repair/inspection, I'd highly recommend you to reschedule with a different company.
