Awful experience. Heater was only working upstairs and not downstairs. Got matched with them through a home insurance company. Kid that came out took a 2 second look around and said “oh you’re missing this part, and since you don’t have it it’s not covered under the warranty.” Since this wasn’t a problem last year and he took no time to look around whatsoever I called someone else. They actually evaluated the issue for an hour and a half and found the issues. I was quoted $3500 of uncovered repairs by air majesty. I used a different company who fixed everything for $700 and said it should have been covered because my warranty covered the types or repairs needed. Dishonest and lazy technician at a very minimum. Would 100% avoid them.

Alexis came out for service and took excellent care of us. He was very professional, honest, and didn’t try to oversell us on any BS we didn’t need. He got our unit up and running in less than 10 minutes. It was a huge breath of fresh air in comparison to our recent experience with other AC companies and I’m glad we found Majesty. They have all of our future business for now. Thank you!

Terrible experience all together! Would leave less stars if possible. Contracted through AHS, there was no communication from the tech (not even a phone call or anything) for when the person arrived within a 4 hour window. After they said the appointment was missed (when i was at the house in 15 minutes), I called the dispatcher who said they'd put our home back in the queue, while promising the tech would give advanced notice before coming back. Got a phone call the second time saying the tech was 5 minutes away - not much notice at all. The tech (Alexis) that came out was very unprofessional, mentioning he didn't remember if he called me the first time or not, tried not to do any diagnosis or work on the AC unit, and basically said any issue isn't their problem and wouldn't be able to do anything. I had to ask multiple times about what could be done or diagnosed with the unit before finally getting him to even look at the unit uncovered. He said he would follow up about a potential fix that could be done and the coverage, but never followed up - just put a comment in the AHS system that a repair/adjustment shouldn't be covered. Awful service and communication! If AHS designates this company for your repair/inspection, I'd highly recommend you to reschedule with a different company.

This morning via American Home Shield, a tech diagnosed the problem with my AC. He told me the blower was bad and the control board needed replacement. Then I got an email from AHS saying that the gas line was in violation of the city code. This is like I’m being scammed to reinstall a gas line. What is your company teying to pull?

Alexis, of Air Majesty A/C & Heating did a great job diagnosing our a/c problem. Alexis handled everything in a professional manner and explained everything in laymen terms. He didn't attempt to perform work that wasn't needed. I highly recommend this company for any A/C or heating problems.
