This is a Veteran Owned company that takes very good care of their clients. Mike was on time and the office kept us informed when he would arrive. Mike was thorough inspecting our furnace and ducting. He had before and after pictures of his work to show us what was done. Mike was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He answered ALL of our questions and gave us peace of mind. He completed all safety checks and showed us the test results. We are very pleased with everyone at Air-Exx we have met and that provided service. Their work is as exceptional as the people. And, we find their service fee's very reasonable. Especially for the service and care they provide.

This company is amazing! They really go the extra mile to take care of their customers! They were on time, sent texts to let you know they were on their way, went out of their way to get the best price and fastest shipping on parts, and cleaned up after the job was complete. Excellent work. The owner Ryan, came out personally with one of his men and they vacuum tested my house as well as thermal imaged every room. He showed me where all of the issues were. He even adjusted the internal louvers on all of my vents for optimum air flow! Thank you Ryan!!!

contacted them this morning as the heat was not working at my home. they were prompt in getting back to me and stated they would be out at 9:30 , they were on time and diagnosed the problem immediately, serviced my HVAC unit and the heat is back on , very happy with the company , service and professionalism, will use this company again for sure
