Charles G was incredible! I felt so sorry as he was called to maintenance a vent that hadn’t seen the light in almost a decade (not my choice!) Suffice to say he had his work cut out for him. We could not be happier. Charles repaired to fireplaces—one gas, one word-burning—with replacement refractory panels. His work is meticulous, with not a spec of soot on our walls or white carpeting. Great service! They came earlier than scheduled and called to let us know. Both were very pleasant and professional about how they did the job and cleaned up after themselves. There was a lot of stuff from the roof and from the opening to the dryer vent. Our new dryer is working much better now and we are no longer worried about possible fire. The young lady really knew what she was doing and was sweet enough to take a picture for me from the roof. Over all Quick, polite and professional at a good price!

Charles cleaned our dryer vent yesterday and did a great job. He was professional, thorough and showed me pictures of the vent at the rooftop showing how clogged up it was.
