I recently had a large $12,500 duct system replacement project with Air Care of Central Florida. The first phase went well and gave me confidence in the company. Juliet was informative, professional, and thorough.
Unfortunately, the second phase was frustrating and disappointing. Another employee was sent out who clearly didn’t receive the correct instructions from Hugh. I personally read what Hugh wrote, and it was incomplete and confusing. Instead of taking accountability, he placed the blame on Robert for not knowing what to do — which was absolutely unprofessional. Communication and follow-through have been poor, and don’t hold your breath waiting for a call back.
Everyone I told about this project beforehand advised me to get a second opinion, and now I regret not doing so. I truly thought I could trust this company because I’ve been with them for over five years, but their integrity has really gone downhill.
I still have a third phase left in this project, and I sincerely hope it goes better — but my expectations are, unfortunately, very low at this point. I strongly recommend anyone considering a large job to get a second opinion first. Juliet deserves credit for his professionalism, but management needs serious improvement in leadership, communication, and accountability.
