We booked a tour with Ahlam Musandam Tour via WhatsApp. Communication was quick, straightforward, and everything we agreed on was delivered. One day before the trip, we met the owner in his office, where he provided additional details about the tour and recommended nearby fish and grill restaurants, where we took our Christmas dinner. We also paid for the trip by card.
We chose the full‑day boat trip, which I highly recommend — it’s incredibly relaxing. The sea views and fjords are stunning. The boat crew were very polite and did their best to accommodate all our requests. We even saw dolphins. We went snorkeling and jumped from the boat into the water. It was a truly lovely day.

We did our full day dhow cruise with Ahlam and it was absolutely worth it. We came right at the beginning of the tourist season so it wasn't crowded at all - only 6 of us on a large boat, and it was really comfortable! You can easily fall asleep with the sound of the waves, breeze in your hair, and sun on your face.
Service was good, our guide was friendly and knowledgeable of the spots to go, especially where to snorkel and view corals.
Lunch was pretty good, and there's fruits, tea, coffee, water and soft drinks for you to have at anytime.
The highlight by far was the dolphins. The guide and captain definitely knew how to navigate to the spots, "chase" the dolphins, and play with them - teasing them out for a great view and experience for their guests.
Will definitely recommend and bring friends when we're coming back to Khasab!
