This was our first family trip to Batam with our young teenager children, and choosing Ahaa Rental Car Service Batam was one of the best decisions we made! I found them through Google based on their excellent ratings and contacted them via WhatsApp. Mr. Arif responded almost immediately — professional, friendly, and very helpful from the start. The rental rates were transparent, reasonable, and clearly explained, with multiple car options shared for us to choose from. What truly impressed us was the speed and service — within just 30 minutes of confirming, Mr. Arif brought TWO cars for us to personally select from. That level of dedication and efficiency is rare! Throughout our 2-day rental, he remained responsive and supportive whenever we had questions. He even shared great recommendations for dining and places to visit, which made our Batam experience even more enjoyable. If you’re visiting Batam and need a car rental, look no further.
