A plumber referred us to Lance when we had water seeping into our basement where the water main comes in. Juan came out quickly and was able to determine that it was a failed irrigation Stop & Waste valve. While digging up and replacing the valve they also took the initiative to add some extra sealant/protection around the water main foundation hole. Overall it was a good experience and I will recommend them to others.
