Aged Care Asia is a great & professional assistant to matching your elderly to a caregiver! I was looking for a good employer for my kind helper. However, it's kinda difficult to ensure a good match when I posted on social media. Luckily, I found Mr. Wan of Aged Care Asia who happened to advertise for Caregiver (CG) for his clients. Mr. Wan was very patient, helpful and honest in helping me source a good (employer) match for my helper based on my helper's requirements & without any charge to my helper! In terms of professionalism, this is the first agency i have come across of which provides a very personal touch. Mr. Wan has insisted on personally picking my helper up to send her to the new employer so that he can be there to ensure that any issues can be resolved. Now my helper is happily transfered to the new employer with most of her requests met. Thank you Mr Wan & Mr. Ejo Ang for ensuring the smooth transfer of employment & even assisting my helper with her stuff when sending her over. I'm really grateful that Aged Care Asia exists as I understand the importance of finding a good caregiver for our elderly at home, rather than just choosing a helper who might not understand the risk of managing the elderly. For your elderly at home, I greatly recommend Aged Care Asia!

Was urgently looking for a helper to look after Grandma who had a stroke and needed assistance in her daily life. Reached out to many big/reputable/experienced/recommended agencies but couldn't get what I wanted - Myanmar Christian who has experience looking after elderly and knows how to chitchat with Grandma. Most of them simply push whatever bio-datas they have to me instead of giving me what I want. Glad that I took the leap of faith to try Aged Care Asia a new agency. Wan was prompt in reaching out to me. He introduced himself and his partner - one was a social worker and the other a professional in nursing home - perfect combi when you are looking for a helper for an elderly. He was very patient to hear me out on my requirements and asked questions on the condition of Grandma, and shared his views. Somehow I felt very assured as if someone understood my needs instead of just placing a helper. During the interview, he wasnt like other agencies who just connected both parties on WhatsApp video call and then off his camera. He made the intro on both parties and made everyone comfortable. He asked if it was ok for him to stay on and I was glad he did. He helped rephrase some of our questions, probed more and highlighted/reinforced some of our requirements to the helper we interviewed. He only sent me 1 bio-data, we interviewed and was happy to take her. The process of applying for work permit, GIRO for levy, document submission, etc was a breeze with Wan. He even reminded me of what subsidy/assistance I can get from the govt. His reply was prompt even at 12am and early 6am. What impressed me most was on the day he brought the helper over, he came with his team. He didn't just "handover" the helper to us, sign documents and go. His team hanged around, chatted with Grandma who was delighted to have company, taught us and the helper some tips to make Grandma exercise without telling her to exercise, passed us some simple equipment, and gave some suggestions in the house, etc etc. :) Wan does weekly engagement for the first month with the helper to ensure she settles in well, subsequently once a month for 6mths. Highly recommended Aged Care Asia to anyone looking for helper to look after elderly!!
